Pet Legacy urns can cater from pets weighing all the way up to 90 kg and are suitable for holding ashes of any pet. Pet crematoriums can’t usually give you an exact amount of ash that you will receive as it is not an exact science. As a general guide one kilo will equate to around 38 mL of volume for an urn.  You should always opt to buy a larger urn than what you think you might need if you intend to store all of the ash. The answer is no, you don’t have to. Any funeral home or crematorium will be more than happy to store the ashes in an urn you provide beforehand. This is good to know as you might not have as many options if you were to buy in person and the prices may be more expensive.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in unused, saleable condition in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging. We will refund the full value of the items ordered to your original payment method. Freight charges are non-refundable.
